To observe the 50th anniversary of the first combat troops deployed to Vietnam, the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum produced a cool video starring real Vietnam vets.
Lyp-syncing to the appropriate tune “We Gotta Get Out Of This Place: (most requested song by US military during the conflict) our vets tossed sand bags, posed on various military vehicles and strode through the Vietnam Experience exhibit that they helped build.
The video is infused with actual footage from the Vietnam War.
These guys are good sports and the whole effort is something to smile at.
